Helmsman - User Agreement & Privacy Policy

Dear users, welcome to utilize the global frontier Helmsman boat control system (hereinafter called as "Helmsman system"). The following privacy items are the promises that are made by Zhuhai Wujing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called as "Wujing technology", "we", "our company" or "our") for the protection about the privacy of customers. Please make sure read this agreement carefully in order to acknowledge that your personal information will be treated when using our service of hardware / software / web (hereinafter called as "service"). This privacy items may change from time to time. Please check it regularly. If you continue to use our services after the amendment of the items, it indicates that you agree being bound by the revised Privacy Items. The statement of this Privacy Items and rights of its modification, renewal and final interpretation belong to our company.

Precautions

  1. Wujing Technology has the ownership of the Helmsman system, which includes Helmsman App, Helmsman boat control hardware and software.
  2. After downloading and agreeing to『Privacy Items about App』, You could be considered as legal users and may use Helmsman navigation system within the area authorized by Wujing Technology.
  3. After you register your Helmsman account, we might obtain your personal information such as username, email, contact number, personal identification number, bank account, etc. It is to provide you with payment or after-sales services.
  4. When you are using Helmsman App, we may get the information such as positioning coordinates of mobile devices, operating system of mobile devices, model codes of propeller devices and firmware version.
  5. In the light of the function of Helmsman system, the Helmsman system is with the global positioning system(GPS) that will automatically position the device when using it and record your logs of the operation. Wujing Technology will automatically save your operation log to its system in order to record the using situation of the Helmsman system and the need of the software for later maintenance, we will analyze and handle with it. Please let the user be informed and agreed to the above acts.

Use of Information

The purposes of Helmsman system collecting personal information are obtaining the better understanding of our users in order to provide services for you. Personal information will be utilized for the following purposes:

  1. Providing data basis for Helmsman after-sales services.
  2. Providing you with the information of specific services, products or promotional activities through E-mail, etc.
  3. For data statistics of the users.

Information Disclosure

We promise that we don’t disclose the registration information without the consent of the users for any third party. Except in the following cases:

  1. Providing the user's personal privacy information according with the laws and regulations or the instructions of the competent authorities;
  2. Any disclosure of personal information result from the inform of user's password to others or the sharing of the account and password with others, or other disclosure of personal privacy information are the result of reasons that are not caused by us;
  3. The disclose of personal privacy information are made by users to the third party;
  4. Any disclosure of personal privacy information are caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion and other force majeure events;
  5. The relevant loss that is caused by the loss of mobile devices and the obtainment of records of Helmsman system travel by the third party is assumed by the tort person.

Specifications of Contents

  1. The contents of this part are referred to any contents that are created, uploaded, reproduced, distributed or disseminated by the users during the time of the service, including but not being limited to the account information such as the avatar, name, user description, etc., or text, voice, Images, videos, text messages, etc., and other related pages, other use of the account or the service generated by the contents.

  2. Users are not permitted to utilize the Helmsman account or the service to produce, upload, reproduce, publish, disseminate the following contents that are prohibited in laws, regulations and policies:

    • Being against the basic principles established by the constitution;
    • Endangering national security, divulging state’s secrets, subverting state’s power, and undermining national reunification;
    • Damaging national honor and interest;
    • Inciting national hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;
    • Destroying national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstition;
    • Spreading rumors, disrupting social orders, undermining social stability;
    • Dissemination of obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigation of crime;
    • Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others;
    • Information containing other contents that are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

  3. Users are not permitted to utilize the Helmsman account or the service to produce, upload, copy, publish, disseminate the following contents that interfere with Helmsman service normal operation, infringe the other users or legitimate rights and interests of third parties:

    • Containing any sexual or sexual suggestion;
    • Containing contents with insults, intimidates, threatens;
    • Containing harassment, spam, malicious information, lure information;
    • Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
    • Infringing upon the legitimate rights of others, such as right of reputation, portraits, intellectual property rights, trade’s secrets;
    • Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

    Once discovered, delete the contents immediately. If necessary, the user account will be closed.

We will try our utmost to protect your personal information safety and we will restrict others’ unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your personal information through technical means. Although taking the above measures, please know that it is not possible to use the fully guaranteed information that is 100% safe, due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, even if we could do everything we can to improve your safety.
